The V-Plate is an easy-to-use non-destructive testing machine capable of holding up to 5.2 INHG, the V-Plate is an effective solution to all your non-destructive testing needs.
The Demtech V-Plate Testing System is a specialized vacuum testing device used to detect leaks in geomembrane liners and welded seams. It is widely utilized in industries such as landfill construction, water containment systems, mining operations, and environmental protection projects, where maintaining the integrity of liner systems is critical.
This testing system provides a reliable method for identifying leaks or defects in weld seams by applying vacuum pressure to the test area. Its transparent vacuum chamber allows operators to visually inspect the surface while ensuring accurate and consistent testing results in field conditions.

The Ventury Kit is used a ached to an air compressor to convert air pressure into vacuum to supply all non self contained models. The attachment provides up to 20 inches of Hg (10psi).

Exclusive control box with valve to turn vacuum supply on and off alongside a gauge that reads vacuum input. A sturdy PVC block protects the gauge. (Non self contained version)

The VP ‐ 90 ‐ 12C allows technicians to test for leaks on any 90° inside corner. This unit includes a control box to manage and shut off vacuum input. (Non self‐contained version)
The V-Plate Testing System is designed for durability, portability, and ease of operation. It is suitable for testing HDPE, PVC, LLDPE, and other geomembrane materials commonly used in containment and lining applications. The system helps ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications by enabling quick detection of leaks before commissioning.
