Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or any loose
materials. Smooth and level the surface as required. If applying over existing
tiles or substrates, abrade the surface to improve adhesion.
Pour clean water into a mixing container. Slowly add Mar Tile Fix powder
while stirring with a mechanical mixer. Continue mixing for 3-5 minutes until
a lump-free, homogeneous paste is formed. Let it rest for 2 minutes before use.
Spread the adhesive using a notched trowel, applying only as much as can be
tiled within 15-20 minutes. Press the tile firmly into the adhesive bed with slight twisting motion to ensure full contact. Maintain uniform spacing between
tiles for grouting.
Allow the adhesive to set for a minimum of 24 hours before grouting. Use a
recommended tile grout for joints. Cure the installation under shade for optimal
performance, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight or moisture during the first
48 hours.
• Wear appropriate PPE including gloves, dust mask, and safety goggles.
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
• Ensure adequate ventilation when mixing and applying the product.
• In case of accidental ingestion or eye contact, seek medical attention immediately.
Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after
use. Dried material can only be removed mechanically.
Dispose of leftover material and packaging
in accordance with local environmental regulations. Do not pour excess material
into drains or waterways.
