• Clean mixing container
• Measuring bucket
• Electric mixer
• Notched trowel
• Sponge and clean water
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or other contaminants.
Repair any cracks or holes and ensure the surface is level. Dampen the surface
if necessary, but avoid standing water.
1. Pour approximately 3.5–4.5 liters of clean water into a mixing container.
2. Gradually add the adhesive powder while continuously mixing.
• Ensure that the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.
• Uneven surfaces must be leveled using appropriate screed or leveling compound.
• Dampen porous substrates with clean water before application.
• Add 4.5 – 5.5 liters of clean water into a clean bucket.
• Slowly add the 20 kg Mar Rish adhesive powder while mixing.
• Mix using a drill with paddle for 3–5 minutes until a lump-free, uniform paste is achieved.
• Allow the mix to rest for 3 minutes, then remix briefly before use.
• Apply the adhesive onto the surface using the notched trowel.
• Spread evenly and comb in straight lines for uniform thickness.
• Place tiles onto the adhesive bed within the open time (15–20 minutes).
• Press and twist tiles slightly to ensure full contact with the adhesive.
• Adjust tiles using a rubber mallet and check level alignment.
• Remove excess adhesive from tile surfaces before it sets.
• Do not disturb tiles for at least 24 hours to allow proper curing.
• Protect the tiling from water and mechanical stress during curing.
• Wear protective gloves, mask, and goggles during handling and mixing.
• Avoid inhaling dust and contact with eyes or skin.
• Refer to MSDS for detailed safety instructions.
• Store in a dry, cool place away from moisture.
